These Terms of Use govern your use of IELTS Exam Simulator (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

The App is an educational practice tool for IELTS preparation. It is not an official IELTS product.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features are offered through in-app purchases.
Subscription plans may include monthly and multi-month options.
Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings.
No refund is provided for the unused portion of an active subscription period except where required by law.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully and respectfully.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the App.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.

4. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated writing and speaking feedback is provided for study assistance only. Scores and suggestions are estimates and not official exam results.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and software are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the App content without permission.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time to improve the service or comply with legal requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or policy violations.
