1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
AI English Teacher is an AI-powered English language learning application that provides:
- Conversational English practice with an AI tutor
- Grammar correction and pronunciation feedback
- Vocabulary building with flashcards and spaced repetition
- Role-play scenarios for contextual learning
- Level-based learning content (CEFR A1–C1)
3. User Accounts
- You may create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not share your account credentials with others.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
- The app offers both free and premium subscription tiers.
- Free users have limited daily conversations and access to select content.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer the app or its AI systems
- Send abusive, offensive, or harmful content through the chat
- Use the app to collect data about other users
- Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app
6. AI-Generated Content
- The AI tutor provides language learning assistance and should not be considered a substitute for professional language instruction.
- AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
- The AI tutor is designed for English language learning purposes only.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app (including design, code, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the app.
11. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings menu.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
